Magparts is a manufacturer of high strength aluminum and magnesium castings for many applications, including aerospace, ordinance, and high quality automotive parts.

We produce sand, permanent mold and investment castings to highquality standards.

The facility is located in Azusa, California just a few minutes East of Los Angeles. Magparts is a modern facility with over 100,000 square feet under roof.

A new, 33,000 square foot, state of the art, aluminum sand and permanent mold facility was completed in December 2002 .

The magnesium and aluminum sand foundries include modern dry sand, as well as green sand molding capability.

The permanent mold foundry is capable of producing large castings in aluminum up to 100 pounds and smaller magnesium castings.

The investment foundry is state of the art. Both aluminum and magnesium castings are produced. Hard tooling, soft tooling, rapid protyping and quick cast samples can be completed at your request.

Other support services include:

• A complete pattern shop for manufacture and maintenance of all tooling.
• Complete machining and finish processing of your castings, including assembly.
• Heat treatment to your specifications.
• Chemical and mechanical testing to ensure composition and strength.
• Expert dimensional layout, utilizing a new Mititoyo coordinate measuring machine.
